well i cant rightly say the mileage cause i dont know if it was rebuilt ever or not? when i bought the truck it had 190,000 so that is what i would say it has if it is stock.. i know it drives and shift just like a new one. it is smooth and shifts right. the tranny fluid was good and red when i bought it but i did a flush anyways. I casnt realy say about the shipping though i do beleiv it will be some where in the ball park of 160 or so.
