whitetail deer, turkey, bear, rabbits, squirrels,and racoons. It also has a view of grandfather mountain in the fall and winter. And about a 20 ft waterfall. a creek runs through the property.

 

What are the deed restrictions on the lot?
A friend was just asking me about some land in NC, so I'll pass this along to him.

Sucks anymore how everyone who has worked hard for a place like this has to give it up. And then there are people who never own or do a lick in life and sail along like nothing and the rest of us pick their tab and get penalized.
