It's a Jacobs. I don't know the part number off hand. You could PM Lucas from L&N. I bought it from him. He had it for a customer that never installed it and now I've done the same thing. It's brand new and I've got everything that goes with it.

I have the exact same brake.........its awsome

all ya do is remove the original elbow and install the brake in place bolts right up ........then a solinoid (electric to vacumn)mounts on the firewall and into the truck with wires to control
