I recently bought this 4x4 NV4500 transmission with plans to use it, but I've decided to go in another direction with my project. This whole setup is out of a 1995 Dodge 2500 regular cab. The truck was a roll over, and the odometer read 101K. It looks like the clutch isn't very old, maybe 20k or so on it but I can't say for sure, and the flywheel is a USA made flywheel. I was planning to run this flywheel and clutch as is, there is some wear, but it's perfectly usable. The transmission has the cummins input and the big 29 spline output, and the tail housing is made of iron instead of aluminum. I'm told this is very rare and desiarable. The starter is a Napa remanufactured starter, it doesn't look very old, and it works well. I will also include all of the hardware needed to bolt all of this stuff to the engine. All of flywheel bolts, starter bolts, bellhousing bolts, and adapter plate to engine bolts. This is the perfect setup for someone who is interested in doing a cummins 4bt or 6bt conversion and wants to avoid the hassle of hunting for parts.
