Default 97 12v Cummins - Best REASONABLE offer

Well lets see here.... It doesn't have any rust but the body is in pretty rough shape.
Interior is in decent shape. Has the typical tear on the driver seat.
Has a leaky rear main seal and power steering pump.
One of the ac lines is broke and the other is kinked, but I have the parts to fix them.

Motor only has just under 4k on a fresh rebuild
New tie-rods and drag link joint
New wheel bearings
about 1k on New SouthBend dual disk clutch
5th gear nut fixed
4" Exhaust into 6" Tip
Luks link in track bar
2.5% tint on all windows
Flip-up Tow mirrors
Leveling kit
Glow Shift gauges - (pyro, boost, fuel pressure)
White faced reverse glow gauges in dash
New windshield

Motor upgrades:
0 plate (half way)
Killer Dowel Pin Tabbed
370 injectors
Afe air filter
K&N filter in the oil fill tube
Full Cut Delivery Valves
16* Timing

I'm sure I left something out but you get the idea.

Going to a gas motor, no need for the diesel. Looking for a newer model Dodge (preferably a 3rd gen). Would consider any other brand full sized truck tho.

I'll polish it up and get pictures ASAP.

Here's a couple of it...
