Default DTT Billet 47RH For Sale

14K since new, mostly all highway from Alaska to Florida, then to Kentucky.

-Triple Disk Billet converter
-Billet input Shaft
-Billet 3rd drum, piston and Pressure Plate
-Billet servos, accumulator
-High Pressure Valve Body
-Mag-Hytec Pan

This transmission was personally built by Bill, and everything that was available for it was installed. I paid $6700 new. It is a flawless unit in excellent condition. I have changed projects and have no need for it anymore. My loss someone else's gain!

In addition to the transmission, I am also including a Billet flex plate, which you should ALWAYS use when running a billet TC due to weight, or have high horsepower causing flexplate distortion. This flexplate alone cost over $500 at the time of purchase.

Also I am including all the oil cooler lines. They utilize the factory water/oil cooler and the air/air cooler. They are done in 1/2" Aeroquip braid with Aeroquip fittings. There is a provision in the hotline for a trans temp sender. These lines alone cost $350 at the time of purchase.

This trans is going on ebay later this week unless I get some interest here first. I will assist the buyer by palletizing and wrapping the transmission, and will deliver it to any local freight company. You may pick the unit up as well if you like, however, on Tuesday the 29th we will be loading up the RV and heading to Illinois. If I still have the transmission, it will be available there as well, in Ramsey, on highway 51 just north of I-70 11 miles.

Thanks for looking and let me know of any questions. I am asking $3,000 but will entertain any serious offers. I am also looking for an exhaust brake, and will negotiate a partial trade if someone has one. You won't find a better deal, for all practical purposes this trans is new, and I will guarantee it's operation.

Do you know if this will work in place of the 47RE on my 01? Also, does this have any type of warranty that will transfer over?

it'll bolt up, but the electronics won't interface. The 47RH is an all hydraulic trans with no electronic governor, shift control, etc. The electric components inside consist of a TC lock-up and OD solenoid valves. These are easily controlled manually by dash mounted switches, or by Hobbs pressure switches mounted in the governor test port. This transmission can stand alone in any vehicle because of that. The tricky part, however, is your PCM and how it will react to not having a transmission attached to it, and that, I don't know about.

Another thing to do is call Bill, Stefan or Shanti at DTT and ask them the same question. I probably already know what they will say....just get a 48RE....but you never know. As far a warranty transfer I have no idea, another question you could ask them. Tell them it's Chris Jackson's from Alaska, they'll know the rest, and even be able to tell you the exact build.

Well, as said, I'll entertain a healthy chunk of bartering for a good exhaust brake, if ya can wrap your hands around one! Gloucester eh? Gonna be doing a summer workamp tour around the corner from you there in Topping at Bethpage maybe come spring.
