Ok, I just got a phone call from my buddy at TI Dyno and Tuning. Seems that he has a buddy that has came across about 10 1997 Freightliner chassis. Well these are not the good deal, but the 5.9L Cummins 12 valves are. These engines come with the Allison transmission, and intercooler and all the piping. The engines and tranny's have anywhere between 130, and 150k miles on them. They are asking $1600 each, and this is a firm CASH only price. Not sure...I'm guessing here in Ohio, but we are pretty close to the PA boarder...so they could be there. Give Kevin a call, he should be able to answer that question for ya. FYI from Baltimore to where I live is like a 6 hour drive. I drove to Marylan 2x this year for the NHRDA.
