I "WAS" running twins...but I be thinkin about 4 of em'

yeah, they're mine. I was happier than **** with them but parting out the truck cuz we're full time RVers now and am getting tired of convoying around 3 Cummins trucks, a shop trailer, 5th wheel and everything else i thought I could take "out on the road" with me.

So yeah, if you guys want more info on them, here's the inside track right here.

PS....got a whole lot of 95 2500 left to sell.....including that DTT investment that stopped all my trans problems!!

When I saw the last picture I knew it had to be you. You're the only one I know of crazy enough to try something like that.

LOL, yeah always outside the box. That plumbing design worked very well to cool down inlet temps to the secondary, but in the end it actually hurt secondary spool because of all the plumbing. It couldn't breathe near as well until primary boost came up. I found the best solution was eliminating the IC altogether and hotshotting the secondary right out of the primary. I was racing mostly at the time with this truck so I ran the secondary charge right into the intake. EGT's were still good and response was better. Even towing the 5er, this set really shined, a little laggier than with the 35, but very towable IMHO, even with a very tight TC.

My hardest run i saw 85 psi. That was also the run I found the limit of the 12mm studs. The head lifted. Didn't take out the gasket 'tween cylinders, just the usual little burp from the cooling passage outward by oil filter adapter. I was slated to go visit Scheid for a little in truck block bolt hole reamin for 14's, and a new o ring job. Since then though, I haven't done much 'cept rob body parts and a few other goodies for the ol' RV toter build up.

Sure would like to get rid of the transmission though. Lotta change just sittin there ya know?

Nice...very nice.

If you want, PM me a ballpark figure for the tranny. Is it a 47RH?? Is that an actual DTT built tranny or is it DTT parts?
