Hey guys, I'm sorry I haven't replied. I've been busy getting ready to leave for vacation Thursday, be back Monday. The brake does not have to be wired to your ecm. I ran it off a Pacbrake pedal switch, makes it kick in/out faster than ecm. This brake is not a PRXB, this one is a vacuum operated brake which just taps into your vacuum line coming from the stock vacuum pump. Very easy to install & very reliable. Only thing you will need is a throttle pedal switch, Vacuum solenoid & switch. These parts are available from Advanced Diesel Technology for around $100. You can run this with just a vacuum solenoid & on/off toggle switch or shifter mounted switch if you are careful not to engage it & roll the coal.

The toggle switch will be wired to your vacuum solenoid on/off. When you switch it on, it makes the vacuum solenoid open sending vacuum to operate the brake. I've installed many brakes this way & it works great. I usually hook them up using a shifter mounted switch to control the brake on/off. If you'd like, I will include full instructions for installation. I would gladly hook you up with my friend who is a dealer for all the parts you need.
