I had this on my 99 sport. Sold the truck and took this off. The truck had the brightest headlights ive ever had in any of my vehicles with this box. Brighter then my wifes Lexus. The clips that hold it to the headlight bulb are broke off but it still stays in the bulb real tight I had a heck of a time gettin it off. I'd like $50 for it.

Is your truck a Sport model? This one didnt let the fogs work with the brights. They didnt have that option out when I baught it.
