Dell Axim X5 PDA Touch Screen
The general features of the Axim Entry include a 300MHz Intel XScale processor, 32MB of RAM (used for storing settings and additional programs/files), a 32MB ROM, a 16-bit color transreflective TFT screen, a Secure Digital (SD) memory slot, a CompactFlash II slot, a removable Lithium-Ion battery, a replaceable backup battery, an infrared port, and a headset jack.
Paid $299 when this thing was new. i have the USB data cable for it and the power adapter. If i can find it i have the 802.11b Compact flash WIFI card and a 3400mAh extended life battery for it. it still has the Dell Stylus with it. Runs on Pocket PC 2002. i had a bunch of games that were trial versions on it that i played when i was on an airplane. now i never use it. will perform a master reset to remove all my info and make it for a clean start for the new owner.
