Default K-14 Turbo

I have what I have been told is a good K-14 turbo (internal wastegate) and cast downpipe. The turbo has no play in the bearings, but the impeller seems to turn hard. I'm not a turbo expert.
Make me an offer, or an interesting swap. I would prefer the swap route.

K-14 were used on late 90's diesel cars and down, VW, Peugot, Citrons, etc... before the hybrid turbos came along.

Verry ugly, but nice.
This turbo is off a low-mileage 1995 Volkswagen 1.9 (AAZ) Turbodiesel. This engine was only available in Europe and Canada.
