Default 1999/2001 whole truck or Part out

I have been wanting to get something else for a while now and finally found a 12 valve. The question is what to do with my 99/01? I have a guy in KY that wants to buy it for parts for $4000. He has checked out the engine (2001 HO) and says it probably has less than 100k on it. He thinks he can easily get 3k out of it. The 2wd tranny has just been rebuilt with the 5th gear fix and it has a Zoom towing clutch and AMSAOIL. I'm talking the turbo, manifold, intercooler, piping, mirrors (i have others to put on), AirDog, intake, steering stabilizer, rear axle (the 12 valve has a dana 80 drum brake axle I can put on), brake booster, master cylinder, power steering, vacuum pump, front seats, gauges and pretty much anything else I can use. I'm super busy with work so I won't be able to tear into it until Sunday. I'd rather sell it as a whole truck and be done with it, but let me know what you need.... I'm located outside of Nashville, TN.

I also have my smarty for sale. It is basically brand new still in the plastic. I'd want $500 plus shipping for it.

I think the right rear is the good one. It does have a spot where the fiberglass is missing in the wheel well, but that is about it. Are you close to Nashville? I'd rather just sell the whole bed cause those are a pain to take off.

I do, but I'm going to mod my 1st gen to accept them. You can find sets on Ebay cheap or 1Aauto has them for 179 I think.

I'm not sure what gearing it has. It has 95k on it and seems to be in decent condition. I didn't notice any leaks when I pulled it. I'd take $500 for it.

Update:

I just did my first gen build. It has been a long week so far. I'm thinking about keeping the front seats so they are not for sale.

I'm keeping the truck at a friends house and he wants it mobile so I can't sell the axles. I have to sell the motor, trans, cab and bed first. but feel free to ask about other misc parts. I took a pic of the smarty after I installed the stock software back onto the truck and will post it along with a few others tomorrow.

All four doors? I have a brother in nashville who can pick em up if the price is right. I only need the shells if you want to sell the glass, inside panel, etc.
