air dog 150 parts. 1999 cummins

I need the grommet that seals off the tank and the high flow suction tube for an airdog 150. Its the regular air dog not the airdog 2.
Part numbers according to Airdogs site:
Grommet- 5J-1-1-04-0001
Suction tube- WAP108
