dd clutch 3600 for nv4500 street truck

I need a southbend or valair 3600 street dd clutch and a 1 3/8" input kit for my 97 nv4500 4x4 truck. I want it to be the quieter sprung hub. Don't need sfi or anything. Thankuou.
