2nd Gen exhaust?

2nd Gen exhaust?
OK, after 290k, the old man's truck finally needs a complete exhaust. This is for a 1999 DODGE 24-valve, QuadCab/Shortbed, 4wd, 2500...think that should cover it.
Looking for something cheaper since he barely drives it anymore. Something probably in aluminized steel, 3-inch or 4-inch...a very basic/basic no-frills exhaust. And it needs to be turbo-back.
It can be "loud", as he's been running an almost straight-pipe exhaust for several years.

Edit: ITS GOT TO HAVE A MUFFLER (or something that resembles one anyway)...PA State Inspection.
