i'm not 100% sure what it's called.
it's part of the axle on the front drivers side of my buddy 98' v10 2500
the coil springs go to it and the two trailing arms....
the the mount is coming apart where the trailing arms bolt on.

is this somthing that can be bought and a new one welded to the axle???

if so can someone help me out? my buddy needs it asap!
