5'' dual exhaust

Does anyone make a 5" turbo back dual exhaust for an 06 dodge? if so how much approximately?

I can do a 5 inch downpipe and extension pipe but the duals are 4 inches.

so it's either dual 4" or single 5" for the most part? I noticed magnaflow makes a 5in into 4in duals
