Just talked to Paul and explained. He wasnt Charged sales tax...It was an invoicing glitch...Also Known as I didnt catch that Quickbooks had switched him to an in state customer.
Just to make it clear, Paul wasnt charged the sales tax, Only the quoted price!

OK, OK, looks like this will turn out be a paperwork snafu. Despite receiving an invoice total including $37.20 sales tax (to be exact), I have been informed by the sender that the tax was not charged to my account. It hasn't posted yet, so we'll see.
Anyways, everybody stand down. This may be all for naught. Gotta love it...

Somthing we all need to be aware of, There's been political talk of charging sales tax on internet sales. Heard about it on Glenn Beck. We need to write our elected officials and let them know that dosent fly!

That's why thought it was for real. I did do a little checking before making this post. A Google search on NC Internet sales turned up some news story about such legislation there. It looks like NC is in the process of doing this, if they haven't already done so....
