need prices on the below items.

-raptor 100 for a 02 cummins w/o intank lift pump (not the factory replacement)
-light socket(the thing the bulb goes into) for a isspro fp gauge. #on gauge is R5604R
-tapped banjo fitting for fp
-pyro probe and wiring(all i have is the gauge with the female pigtail coming out the back) for isspro egt gauge. #on gauge is R3607GR
-1 isspro gauge holder(the bracket that goes on the back that holds the gauge tight against the pod)
