i am in the market for some OEM towing mirrors, or towing mirrors that look exactly like the factory ones. ive noticed some of them have bends in them, and some are straight. i dont know if thats just different year models, or what

i have a 2001 dodge ram 2500

Ebay!! and there all the same! You can get a pair for about 180 bucks on ebay.. if one of the sponsors doesnt give you a better deal!

do i have to buy any adapter plates or do they just bolt straight where the other ones bolt?

 

IF it doesnt come with the reinforcement plate then yes you need to buy one you can buy them for an extra 20-30 bucks... it will bolt right up but it might fall off!

im nervous im gonna knock these mirrors off.. even flipped down they are like 6 inches longer than my fords

 

Nope that set doesnt come with em... but the next cheapest set is 240 bucks and those come with the plates.... I want these mirrors bad, but Im putting in a set of hella 500FFs so I can blind the night!!

 

yea im about to order the mirrors in a day or two.. whenever my paycheck comes in so i can have some leftover cash i wish they came with the reinforcement plate. i know ill knock the mirrors off though pretty quick maybe i shouldnt get them
