Feedback on Ebay truck Ford 7.3

Seems like a lot for 10 year old trucks, but I havn't been lookin so IDK what they're goin for. I've found best prices usually come from private owners not Dealers.

not worthe 27k.. I know the mileage is low but that doesn't really matter for a diesel..

It may be worth 16-17? maybe 21 max.
