Default W250 1st diesel

1993 Dodge W250 Club Cab LE 4Wd Cummins Turbo Diesel,
So here she is. I'm looking at trading straight up for my 01 Ram 1500 gasser. So my basic question is this. Pricing and the roof rust issues? The interior looks very good in the picture but the roof rust kinda worries me as im no body man. The reason im looking at these old 12valves is because I'm looking to learn allot about diesels and how they work. I know these trucks arent very powerful stock but they seem fairly easy to mod.

most likely a fair trade... I did the exact opposite trade a year and a half ago traded my 93 cummins for an 01 gasser

my 93 had a borked up transmission and a lot of rust and other issues, and the 01 really only needed exhaust..
