thanks 95 cummins guy! The parents are looking into a 2000 Cummins with VERY low miles that I found them for around $12,000 (just have to check on that 53 block 
)
If that falls through i think they are going to look at a 2001 Ford 7.3 supercab long bed with 160k for $11,000
