Hi everyone, I am looking at a 2006 Silverado with the 6.6 / Allison and 71,000 miles on it. The pic below is from the underside obviously. But what am I looking at? Is that the seal to the transmission oil casing?

If so, how much is that to take care of?

 

Looks like a trans pan gasket from that angle.
Maybe 60$ with new fluid? Not much
