What's up guys? I'm looking for a new truck (new to me) and I've been searching for awhile. I want to get a 99 F250. Turns out one of my buddies is selling one. It's in really good condition from the pictures I've seen (he's been away for awhile). It's an extended cab with 102,XXX on it. It has window tint, straight pipe, T6 6 position tuner, gooseneck ball, and trailer brakes. I was thinking about offering him $14,000 because he wants around $16,000. Is this a good offer? Should I go lower? Thanks guys!
