I have been told it's a 1978 wisconsin robin. It runs. I think you'll have to get 2 head bolts because I lost them, they aren't hard to find. It's a tough one. oh, i forgot to warn you, it is missing the exhaust manifold. The manifold is kinda expensive, but you could always rig up a straight pipe. Other than that it's old and a little abused but FREE!
