Default 66 caddy drop top diesel

Yeah its been quite the adventure to get this beastly 7.3 in my caddy but like you said, it's gonna be sweet when it's done..
So,,, uhh,, can a 7.3IDI throw coal? Ha ha, that would be so awesome.
Sitting at a light, top down, sweet innocent looking caddy until the light turns green and engulfed everyone behind me in a thick black cloud with a loud rumbling diesel. . Ha ha

Default it is a big engine

It looks even bigger once I put it up in the car but I think it won't look so big after I get it sitting down lower in the frame like it needs to be to line up properly with the rear end.
And the hood or bonnet should still close nicely and conceal it's hidden power inside ha ha ha ..
the caddy collectors hate me.
my plan is to make this a daily commute vehicle with mpg above 22, the ability to tow a boat and carry 6 people top down..
Not stopping with the engine, 22" wheels and oversized brakes are in order.

Enulfing the unsuspecting public in smoke is really gonna throw them for a HUGE loop. Id Pay to see that! Glad youre upgrading the brakes.....good plan! Im hoping your suspension can handle that heavy beast.

Subscribing, this looks to be an awesome project. You can get some smoke from these IDI's, but you wont be blacking out any intersections.
