Default flared fenders?

my 95 dodge was recently in a accident and is going to need new frenders on the front end. i was thinking about doing flared ones for awhile but if buy flared ones do i still need the stock fender under the flared one or does it replace the entire fender?

Your stock fender stays. Usually you need to "trim" you factory fender to install flares like Bushwacker Cutout flares. That is not a bad thing because you can stick some bigger rubber under your truck with less lift. Which is never a bad thing.

---The first cut is always the hardest FYI
