Default Marsh buggie

Ok so i saw a marsh buggie the other day it was green and had like 4ft wide tires on it. It swiveled in the middle to turn and i think it could float. Well i saw that and now i want one to pull people out around here because on these mud flats i dont care how much power or tire you got if you break through the crust its like quick sand under neath. Well i cant figure out to name of it to see how much it would cost to buy one. Or find a picture of one anywere. They were using it on a pipe line and i was wondering if anyone knew what i was talking about.

Wow, you guys make this sound like big foot the sasquatch. I am surrounded by them down here in S. Fl. The articulating one you are speaking off usually starts off life as a log snatcher. The closest offroad road park to me is 30 min. away. Search for redneck yacht club and you will see tons. Also L cross motorsports park, another one is mud fest. We basically start with a truck frame, preferably a long bed 3/4 or 1 ton. Then you weld a box frame on top of it. We usually go about 4 to 5 feet above the truck frame.
2-1/2 ton axles with the tubes bored out to fit 5 ton axles is what some of the big boys are running. We also run 2 transmissions piggy backed. 1 auto connected to a 4 sp. manual. The rest is just tires and misc. stuff.
