It should be the russian GAZ 2330 "Tiger". It's almost a copy of the Hummer. The Hummer itself has a much longer wheelbase. The GAZ is available to civilians.
People in the background talking some eastern language...

agreed.. didnt look like a hummer to me..

the non civilian hummers in some forms are outfitted in certain configurations to do just that..

altho watching jeeps and other smaller rigs here with exhaust and intake run high drive completely submerged is pretty impressive

It was cool but any military Humvee can drive under water as long as the snorkel is above water.

Ya see yall are all worryed about the snorkel and the exhaust not getting wet what i want to know is were is the snorkel for the driver. If the cab is under water his head is under water.

And that nasty water, no wonder he went a little off course. I thought for sure he was done for when he went in reverse.

there was a guy here who tried that with a lifted dodge, he didnt make it!
