Deer/Elk "proof" bumper
I do know that they sand blast before they powder coat. what i don't know is if they got lazy on the prep of if the powder coat itself had something wrong with it. really it's hard to say if they screwed up or if powder was bad or maybe something happened that it didn't get baked long enough. i know that i don't really what to take a chance of it happening to me.

I don't like POR-15!!! It didn't hold up well at all! There is a paint that exceeds a 2400 hour salt spray test! I will have to find the link for you. I thought it was no rust; but that isn't it. Not only is it a lot better than POR but cheaper and a lot less toxic to humans also!!

The welds are as strong as their gonna get, structural areas were pre-heated with a torch, and tripple passed .
I havn't hit an elk yet, will have to wait for that. hold up to a Tacoma pulling out in front of me in an intersection though....
