i went into the dodge section and a guy is puttin a ram on portals looks cool so far fun to read those builds then you relize you dont have the funds to do things you get ideas for

yea they are known for being disgruntle over there but there is a lot of info for the hardcore offroaders.


the thing about not having funds for ideas just means you have to be more creative with your ideas

how is this for creative: I have a ford ranger with blown motor extra set of toyota axels a 4.3 v6 2-5spd toy trans with t-cases and a set of toy lift springs and an adapter for the trans to chevy w/ clutch etc.........im thinkin about making a truggy/crawler i have the parts just need to fab it all together it would be kinda a mutt huh

I noticed the same thing...looks like they use the guy instead of the smily over there...maybe they've got their own language...Thankfully no one here is like that.

Sounds like a fun project to me. One day i plan on running my yota body and half the frame with some tubing, a sbc, some sort of auto, dana 300, and 1ton axles of some sort. I say the bigger the mutt the better the wheeler I say do your self a little project write up on it so we can enjoy the build up to.
