seems like a good idea. kinda worried about it popping out if you back up to give the strap a run tho.

Got one for Christmas a couple years ago....my review:

Big giant pain in the ***....much easier to carry a shackle and have proper recovery points installed on your rig.

That being said, they do work, but take a bit of practice to figure out--once you do though, they're not too bad....but I prefer the shackle method much more.
