Default it used to be a jeep thing, but all the sh*t broke

well this is my wheeling rig, i built it last summer after i graduated and bought my dodge

started with a bone stock rusted out 88 Comanchee that i got for free

1988 Heep Comanchee
4.0 to AW4 to D300 (twin sticked and clocked flat) and sprinkler pipe driveshafts
Chevy D60 front, 4.56's, soon to be welded, high steer, crossover, and hydro assist
Chevy 14B rear, 4.56's welded
Leaf sprung front suspension with waggy springs, sprung over rear with stock MJ springs. its low standing about 6'4 to top of the roof
38.5x15.5x16.5 TSL's on recentered H1 beadlocks
caged rear half, soon to be carried into the cab, summit plastic racing seats, and 4pt harnesses
gutted interior, no heat, half doors, rock lights, and 1 straight panel
next step is to reinforce the unibody and flat belly it with 1/4" plate

i beat the crap out of it, it usually doesnt mind

thanks that was my plan from the start
get it as low as i could, also it is wide at nearly 88" outside of foot print to outside of foot print in the front

it is very stable

Very nice rig! Im glad to see Im not the only person who used to have that Jeep thing LOL.. All my jeep crap broke too.

yup thats how i feel
i hate that everyone in NE has jeeps
i wouldnt have this one if it wasnt free

damn and i thought i beat the **** out of my jeep... half of my jeep isnt jeep anymore.. hell most of it isnt even chyrsler.. got ford, chevy, international and a few otehr parts..haha
