OK , First of all To other sponsors please let any sponsor on the site handle there own customer service questions . i have deleted your posts and would do the same if someone posted in your forum in a thread of this nature as well. The posts were not negative in anyway but is the way this is to be handled

Now as for the Problem here , You ordered injectors , haven't been charged for them yet but your wanting to know where they are and why you cant get a hold of them. Understood completely. Rest assured that no sponsor is here by just walking threw the door , and no sponsor is here who has a negative track record . I stand behind New Era here not because there a "sponsor" but because i personally know Greg and Chuck. and i know not only will you get the service you request and deserve that you will also be overly impressed with your purchase.

First off thanks Chad! I know he has spoke to Chuck. Chuck has been SWAMPED as of lately at the shop. TO make matters WORSE...they went and made Chuck the director of drag racing for NADM. Im not making excuses here at all. Im just letting you know the facts as to what happened. I think when you spoke to him he was in Utah at an event.
That is the reason that I called you this evening and am sorry for interupting dinner with the family. As I stated to you, the injectors are getting harder and harder to come by. The cores are just not there. We are waiting for several sets to come in. This is why we WILL NOT bill your credit card until they ship. We have had several oppertunities to get ahold of cores...only to find they are junk. (well, mabey not junk...but if WE wouldnt put them in OUR truck...there is NO WAY we will sell them to you)

I cant promise you the moon, but IF I can help you BELIEVE ME...I will. If I cant help you, I will tell ya upfront. NO BS. As you stated earlier. The money is alot to a college student.
