Dang bad timing, I'll be down there the following weekend for the PA 500.

holy crap!!!!!!!! man i have not heard that name in along time...pm sent....

 

well all i just got back from numedia and i am sorry to say it sucked...!!! i dont know what happened from last year to this year because last year was great. i got there around 11:30 first thing i did was walk to the track and there was nothing going on. no racin no pullin no monster truck this went on for about 5 mins or so then 2 trucks made a pass then nothing again so i decided to walk around a bit and check out the sites. that was good.. watched the dyno for a bit always cool..made my way to the vendors area that was ok. they did have some good prices on stuff if you were there to buy. but i was not i was there for the racing and pulling. so back to the track and they were running but it dident last. for some reason there was alot of down time this year. last year it was non stop action. and once the action started you dident know where to look. at 1 point the monster truck , pulling trucks and drag trucks were running at the same time. which in my opion sucked because you dident know what to watch then we were back to nothing again. also the way it was setup was a poor call. the monster truck was all the way down near the finish line so if you were sitting in the stands it was a 1/4 mile away from you. and the monster truck and pullin trucks were parked down there as well so if you wanted to see em up close you were walking. not like last year everything was good and close so by 3:30 i got totally fed up and left. while packing up to leave someone made a comment about this year how they also were not impressed and it turned into a whole group of people agreeing with one another so i was glad to see it was not just me...
