Default DRAG RACERS....EXHAUST UP

Just a reminder. If you are drag racing this year, ALL EXHAUST MUST exit the truck up. Stacks are good, but if you have stock or exhaust that exits the side of the truck, YOU WILL NEED A 90* TURN UP (elbow)

Thanks guys. Its a new rule and its a must have. Im just trying to get the word out. I want EVERYONE that comes and wants to race to be able to! Its obviously a safety thing and are planning on lots of family in attendance. Need to keep them safe as well.

Also in the event a part of the motor or what ever comes apart and choose the exhaust route, metal wont be sent into spectators direct path. I know sled pullers are already used to this rule, normally having to have 3/8" cross bolts installed as well. We are not there yet, but when I look over the truck and see those, I know that this driver knows his stuff, has safety in mind, and has come to race.

Yep... A exhaust wheel coming out of a exhaust pipe can leave at a high rate of speed, less chance of hitting someone if it goes straight up.

and u dont have racers complaining about it when he dont get a win, even though he clearly beat the other guy, just because he smoked the beams out. seen that 4 times last year in 6 passes. was clearly the fastest that day, but the beams were smoked out, so he didnt get a time, and the slower truck won.
