***WARNING*** Long post

I ordered my Mini Maxx, EGR/Cooler Delete Kit (H&S) and 5 inch TBE exhaust from Mighty Diesel. (Thanks Tony). By the way everything showed up in 3 business days or less. Great service.

A little history on my truck. Typical 6.7l issues, exhaust, egr, dpf, blah blah blah. Been in the shop at least 6 times and my truck has 19,000 miles today. Decided to delete it all and be done with the B/S.

Here's where the story gets crazy.

I installed my MiniMaxx on my truck with the custom pillar etc. Tried to load it to the truck and it would not take the program. This was on Tuesday evening. Wednesday I was on the phone with H&S and Tony with Mighty Diesel, trying to figure out what the problem is. After multiple attempts (like 30) H&S finally decided to have me take off my PCM and overnight it to them along with the MiniMaxx. Needless to say I WAS NOT HAPPY. (I now have a truck sitting half way in my garage and half way in the driveway with no way to move it.) I overnighted everything as instructed and H&S received it the next day and totally fixed the problem.
Well the REAL problem was that Dodge had replaced my original PCM and did not finish the FLASH evidently on the new PCM.
Luckily the studs at H&S saw right through this problem. Not only did H&S go out of their way for me as a customer, but they overnighted my equipment (PCM and MiniMaxx) back to me this morning. Bolted PCM back on and hooked up MiniMaxx and she started right up. Runs like a bat out of hell too by the way. Holy Cow.

Anyways, I can't say enough about Tony @ Mighty Diesel for all of his help either. This man acted as a go between for me to H&S and his contacts. Followed up on his own with me and H&S with my issues as well. Tony called me several times to make sure everything was still ok.

To finish up this post: Anybody thinking of buying H&S equipment DO IT. Anybody thinking of buying products from Mighty Diesel, DO IT. Both of these companies, not only have the greatest, most honest, caring employees, but live up to what AMERICA is supposed to stand for (HONESTY, INTEGRITY, TRUST).

I have been on the verge of pulling my hair out and crying, to jumping up and down and wanting to do back flips of joy. Thanks to these great guys and great companies, my truck is now running better than ever and I can't be thankful enough.

H&S is a GREAT company, Casey Shirts is a very understandable guy and very easy to work with, so is diesel pap! Great company as well, and would fully recommend Mighty Diesel any day!
