So tell us more about the different Smarty's for an 05 and what each one does for you and what's needed when using them.

I guess I need to go for more MPG's and a little power gain as money is tight and don't have the funds to do trany upgrades yet, so I can't run with the big dogs but don't want to sit on the porch either.

 

well the smarty pod (power on demand) you can leave it hooked up and shift for power or down. they have 10 performance levels and a bunch of tuning you can do. they have a smarty jr out too with 3 levels. what i like about smarty is the egts are cooler when towing with some power. you can read more on our site about smartys. mightydiesel.com
