I need to know the oil capacity for a 12v71 detroit diesel if anyones know i think its like 12 gal but need to know exactly. they are the 650 hp TI models. thanks for any help!

just fill it until it's at the right level at the dipstick.....

i think they came with different oil pans, depending on application.
