So what about the Edge and similar tuners since they fool the ECM not Recalibrate it? They're in the clear then right?

I took the car into the dealership this morning and asked the writer about this. He said they are eliminating the Tech 2 and going to be using a new system but they have not been told exactly when it will be starting.

He also said that they do not care about programmers in the trucks as long as someone is not trying to claim tranny damage. Anything else they turn the other way. This is the same dealership and service writer I have used for over 5 years so I doubt he was trying to get me into trouble.

No real new news but as of today this dealership is not enforcing it.
