Default EGT Probe location?

I just traded my dodge off for a 08 chevy with the duramax.
problem i have is i want to install my quadzilla in it but the dam turbo is up by the firewall, and i cant find a good place to put the EGT probe....that i can get to with the drill

On my buds LBZ, we took the right side fender liner out and drilled into the exh manifold from there. With the fender liner out, it's a straight shot to the manifold from the passenger side wheelwell.

i guess that would work...but i was hopeing to get a reading from both sides?

You could buy a Bd manifold......

i bought a DB manifold, comes with a tap for the probe.

or you can drill and tap your passenger side manifold

hummm DB. never herd of that, but i,m new to the chevy side of things. how much are those? and a pic would be nice if someone has one?

LOL well never heard of BD either
I do like how the "dip" is removed on the BD tho.
anyone on here sell them? how much? and how hard is it to swap out?
