Default Air Intakes

Opinions on who makes the best Air intake? I am looking at a Banks ram-air system? Any thoughts on that?

Thanks Guys

Thanks y'all for the input! I am wanting to get a list of upgrades for the truck down to get better horsepower ftlb of torque and fuel mileage! Any recommendations would be awesome and greatly appreciated because I am pretty new to the diesel world!

i run the banks with the super scoop. i like it because my intake air temp is at ambient air temp while driving down the road.

With the banks do you have to worry about water sucking in. I live in the Lowcountry and it floods regularly! I like the concept but just worried about deep water puddles having an affect! What do u think?

Its not a 100% ram air scoop, it has a cutaway at the base of the scoop so the water and debris can safely pass through the scoop.

the box used for it can still draw in air from the fender just like stock.
