Default torsion bars help

im trying to remove the torsion bars to remove the crossmember adn have run adjusters all the way down but they seem to still have pressure on them where should i go from here

did you try jacking the front end up to get the tires off the ground?

Yup. This might help take the tension of the bars

You need to use a puller. They have a special tool that you can get but i just used a 2 arm puller tool, worked just fine. You should be able to rent something from a parts store.
