EFI Live is hands down the best tuner for a duramax but its not a plug and play type of deal, you either have to buy tunes from a tuner or buy the software and build your own tunes, with having the larger injectors efi would have several benifits over a plug and play tuner in the ability to control the smoke from the injectors by reducing the piolet injection and giving you full control of the fuel to boost tables

Efi live can bemadjustedmfor any modification, stock or not, its all based on the tuner and how.crazy u want to be with your truck. Its safe for anybody who wants to keep it conservative and it can be used to go beyond the limits if you want
