Default Edge juice with attitude

Well first of all I'm new to actually owning a diesel and new to programmer's, but I have a edge juice with attitude and I would say it don't work. The display seems to work alright but the truck is not faster or stronger. I done the 0-60 test on level 1 and level 5 and they were less than a second difference. So I'm pretty sure it isn't workin. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Yea that is about what mine does. I called edge and they said to send it back and they would fix it or replace it for a fee, so I guess I'll send it back and try it again.

Ok so I sent the programmer back to edge and they put new software on it. I put it back on and turned it up to 5 and the truck ran shitty. It acted like it was missing and sputtering. When I put it on 1or 2 it runs fine and it seems to give it more power. So what does all that mean?

Ya i think mine took a dive also. It used to work so well now on stage 6 no difference than stock. I am tired of all these problems i have had with edge i am going to get efi live done instead. Any advice on efi live would help out.

So i called edge and they want 150 to fix my chip. Everything works it just doesnt make any difference on what stage its on. I figured out if you turn off all your backdowns then everything works as it should but u just need to keep an eye on your guages.
