can i run efi with a stock tranny that has 170000 on it. has anyone had troubles with a stock tranny and that tuner. thanks

 

yes, you can. the tunes will be jus mild so it dont hurt anything. the nice thing about EFI live is its built to how you want it. and if it makes you feel better i ran twins, and EFI on a stock trans with jus a transgo jr and never once had a problem

 

i have been running a 365rwhp tune for about 4 months now with no issues with the transmission, I even ran a 475rwhp tune for a couple runs down the highway, the trans never limped or even complained

 

tuned a guys truck who had 260xxx miles on his lb7, his holds up fine. i break alot of my personal things so i know where the limits are for other people

 

thanks for all the input im getting the efi next week. im still not sure about it im having a place in atlanta do it, can anyone recommend the best tunes for my 02 lb7 with 170xxx stock tranny, ppe boost valve, silverline exhaust, and aftermarket intake
