Default injector recomendations......
finally realized i need to change out the injectors on my 04 lb7. was wondering if anyone could recomend the dynomite diesel performance injectors with the 50hp nozzles. i am running a banks six gun tuner with the pda device and a straight 4" exhaust from the block back (no cat converter) to a 5" exhaust tip. also have an AFE stage 2 air intake. thanks

stock New Bosch injectors...

50hp nozzles aren't gona do much for a truck like yours, the stock injectors can already overfuel the stock turbo, you will just end up with more smoke and higher EGT's not more power

How mutch more power are stock injectors good 4 over stock setup

Its useless to go over sized without changing to EFI live tuning.

No... Its useless because they will supply more fuel than the stock injectors which is pointless because the stock turbo cannot supply enough air to burn the extra fuel, the stock injectors are able to easily provide enough fuel for 500hp

Simply put if the guy wants oversize injectors then he need to custom tune it perform properly.

waste of time and money for a mostly stock truck IMHO, this thread is months old anyway, this guy has probably already made up his mind and never came back
