so you would rather go with a hand held that does not compensate for larger injectors...
i dont know if ppe does all of that, but you can call them and find out from them, they can also fix up the pp2+2 to compensate for the larger injectors so you don't over fuel and loose rail pressure because of it, cause ppe tuning is very aggressive.
you really have to have some very high RP to ruin injectors, much more than what a stock pump can put out

the injector hold down bracket wasnt torQed to spec. So the knock reAl bad and had lots of whte smoke. Ending up crackin a couple injector bodys. Im talking to a guy name NEWLY TOLF who owns Undergound diesel performance whos gonna give me a mild tune because i dont have a built tans. He is a LB7 guru, so he has my trust

yeah i know of newly,he has a big purple motor too looks pretty sweet alot of work went into it, probably a 10 second truck if it doesn't have 24's and run up in the mountians, afiak he doesn't do tuning he has a guy who tunes his truck who goes by mike (MMLMM)
Guy tripp makes some billet injector hold down brackets that use studs to hold the bracket in.
Its good that ur staying with efi live, im sure mike can help you out with a trans safe tune.
